THE CANADIAN BUSINESS CENTRE NUAGE B CHOSES NANTES FOR ITS FIRST LOCATION IN EUROPE

Founded in Montreal by Philippe Gagné, Nuage B is a new generation business centre. "In addition to the usual business services of reception, office space and telephone answering, we offer consulting and support, sales outsourcing, prospecting, networking and market research," explains Alain Jobit, Nuage B representative in France.

Nantes, bridgehead for growing Nuage B in Europe

"Nantes seemed like the ideal city to grow our business in Europe. It has many similarities to Montreal: a dynamic economic and cultural scene and an open mindset." After over a year of discussions with Nantes Saint-Nazaire Développement, Nuage B decided to open its new business centre on the Ile de Nantes. "The neighbourhood was perfect for our needs, due to the urban renewal being carried out and its proximity to the train station and the city centre. Being close to the Loire also reminds us of Montreal, where we are located near the St. Lawrence River!"

The Kanoa building on the Ile de Nantes

Nuage B will soon sign a lease for 900 m² of space on three levels in the Kanoa building. It will provide office spaces of 10 and 14 m², lounge areas and an open space for coworking. Nine businesses have so far expressed interest, "businesses from Nantes, other cities in France and some Canadian businesses." Nuage B is scheduled to open in the first half of June.
